SwitchBack

SwitchBack is a file synchronization and backup utility, designed for use with MacOS X 10.3 and later. SwitchBack makes it easy and safe to synchronize two folders, so that both contain your most recently updated documents.

 

 

Prior versions of SwitchBack for legacy systems are also available. There is also a road map describing the underlying technologies.
